If you are a breeder or are interested in becoming one,Katie's and Anna Belle's mothers are offered for a free lease to a breeder who will breed them to a Thoroughbred and foal them out in Massachusetts. You must plan to race and agree to list Velma Emery as breeder on the registration which would make Velma eligible for the 25% bonus a mass-bred earns for its breeder.
The OWNER will get a 30% BONUS. Expert help to choose the stallion available.
"Rebel" (chestnut mother of AnnaBelle) is a good ride and "Trimble" (grey mother of Katie) is "green" but has goes under saddle.

From Route 290 in Worcester, or from exit 10A off the Mass Pike, take Route 146 South to first traffic light (Boston Road). Go right on Boston Road, through Sutton Center. The Pembury House Farm property starts at the sharp bend to left- 488 Boston Rd

The farm offers acres of pastures, woods, trails and portions of the
Pembury House Cross Country Course are still there.
